At Cali Luxe Label, we offer store credit for returns instead of refunds. 

If your purchase doesn't quite match your expectations, or if you need a different size or color, our exchange policy is here to make your style transformation effortless. Simply reach out to our dedicated team, and we'll guide you through the process of finding the perfect replacement item.

Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 2 days after receiving your items. Once the return process is initiated, you have 7 days from the initiation date to return the items. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at our email. Once your return request is accepted, you must return the items within 7 days from the delivery date. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Important Considerations:

  • Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
  • Returns received outside the designated return timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Returns without their original packaging will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is not in its original condition.

  2. Shipping Fees: Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning an item due to our mistake.

  3. Store Credit Processing: Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 4-7 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit.

  4. Condition of Returns: Returns must be unworn, free of odors, without damage, stains, and in the same condition as when you received them. No exceptions will be made. Items not returned in their original condition will be sent back to your shipping address.

  6. Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt, and if you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24-48 hours. We will promptly assess the issue and make it right through our established protocols. Defective items not reported within this timeframe or held beyond this period will not be accepted.

  7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (like beauty products). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

  8. Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items, items purchased during a sale, or items purchased with gift cards. Additionally, items purchased with store credit are considered final sale, as are items exchanged.

  9. Exchanges: The quickest way to obtain the item you desire is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  10. Refunds and Store Credit: Please allow up to 4-7 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, indicating whether the refund was approved or if store credit will be issued. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless we are at fault.

  11. Returns Policy Compliance: We reserve the right not to issue store credit if returns do not adhere to the terms of our Returns Policy.

  12. Final Sale Categories: Items categorized under SALE, PROMO CODE, SWIM, INTIMATES, ACCESSORIES, and PROMO DEAL ITEMS are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
