Shipping policy

We ship daily from Monday - Friday. Please remember that all orders will be processed and shipped within 12-36 hours, or even less, from the time of purchase, during our operating hours from Monday-Friday 8-2pm MST

For USPS 2nd Day options, place your order before noon MST to have it shipped out on the same day.

Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM MST on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Kindly be aware that due to the high volume of service we provide, it cannot be canceled once an order is placed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

Please understand that CALI LUXE LABEL is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or any other couriers we work with. Remember that we are provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. In rare cases, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

CUSTOM FEES

Custom fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to cover these fees if necessary.

UNCLAIMED/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Orders returned to us due to being unclaimed, having an incomplete/incorrect address, or unpaid customs fees will be issued store credit with a 15% restocking fee and forfeited shipping. The store credit will be sent to you via email.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost, mishandled, or stolen, please contact USPS or your local post office with your tracking number at 1-800-ASK-USPS to file an insurance claim for reimbursement. CALI LUXE LABEL is NOT responsible for lost, mishandled, or stolen packages; as such, CALI LUXE LABEL will not replace any lost or stolen packages.

Items will only be shipped to a verified billing address. If you would like your order shipped to a different address, please confirm it with a valid photo ID matching the billing address via email.

Once orders are handed over to the postal service, they are out of our control, and we do not have any additional information beyond what is provided with the tracking number. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
